We offer a full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival. For cancellations inside the 30-day window, we provide a partial refund based on our ability to rebook the dates.

Is there backup power?
We don't currently have a generator or battery system. However, power outages in the area are rare and typically brief. We provide flashlights and battery-powered lanterns just in case.
